Being the best service provider for the customer in one’s own country - this philosophy helped to make Gebrüder Weiss Austria’s largest family-owned transport and logistics service provider with over 2,500 employees and 50 locations in the Alpine republic alone.In the international market Gebrüder Weiss offers customers a wide range of transport and logistics services for the national and global goods exchange both of the commercial-industrial sector as well as of the private sector. At Gebrüder Weiss it is the joint objective of the employees to provide each customer with the transport and logistics solution, which meets the customer’s requirements most efficiently.
The company with headquarters in Lauterach, in the Austrian federal province of Vorarlberg, can already look back on a history of more than half a millennium. Despite this long standing tradition, however, the company is thoroughly modern thanks to its cosmopolitan culture, openness for new ideas and to the human spirit of the family business, which has remained unaltered in spite of all the changes and gives the orange organisation its unique identity.
